At the risk of sounding repetitive, I’ll say it again – I love it when our couples feel like they are our good friends. Tina began corresponding with me over email about a year ago, and we finally met a few months later, and as soon as we met, we clicked. It felt like we were having coffee with a good friend, and I waited in anticipation to shoot their wedding for several months. So when June 24th came, I couldn’t have been more excited. I knew they had a lot of fun and unique ideas and that always makes a wedding fun to photograph!
Tina and Trent were married on June 24th at Mt. Hood Bed & Breakfast in Parkdale, Oregon on a beautiful June day. Mt. Hood was seen over the hills and made for a beautiful backdrop during the ceremony. We worked with several amazing vendors that made the day absolutely perfect! A huge thank you to Debbie of Hitched in the Hood for coordinating the wedding and making it run seamless! I also had the absolute joy of working with Lucy’s Formal Flowers for a second time! She is a brilliant florist and I always love to see what she creates! We also got the pleasure of working with Boda’s Kitchen for the first time and they did a simply marvelous job with the catering! The food was wonderful and the presentation was gorgeous!

One of the sweetest things I have seen after photographing several dozen weddings, was that she wore Trent’s Great-Grandmother’s wedding ring. They even had the original box. Here is a picture of his Great-Grandmother.
