Last week I had the joy of photographing this sweet little boy named Tommy. We’ve known the family for years, so it was fun to be asked to photograph their little 17-month-old boy. And despite taking pictures of my 18-month-old Lincoln, I had forgotten how difficult it can be to get a child that age to cooperate! Amy, the Mom, wanted a picture of Tommy holding a cat because she has a picture of her Dad at the same age, doing the same thing. Unfortunately, this did not happen. We tried all sorts of coaxing, but Tommy would have none of it.
Amy, I hope I was still able to capture little 17-month-old Tommy despite the fail to re-record history.
Tommy did however, find a new friend in his 11 year old cousin’s stuffed bear.
I saw this book on the shelf, and couldn’t help but use it as a prop.
